Jason Emmett is a seasoned executive with a proven record of building and leading successful hospitality and marketing organizations. After earning his BA in Business Management from Clark University, he began his career with Restaurant Associates in New York City, holding operations and finance roles at the United Nations and Guggenheim Museum. He later joined Duffy’s Sports Grill, where he advanced through leadership positions, overseeing the opening of 19 new locations and ultimately serving as President, guiding the brand’s 34 restaurants across Florida.

From 2019 to 2024, Jason founded and led Paradigm Hospitality Group, expanding his entrepreneurial reach through the acquisition of 2TON, a full-service marketing agency. In 2024, he was named President and CEO of Shula’s Restaurant Group, where he drives strategic growth while overseeing 2TON’s continued evolution as a creative and digital leader. He also serves on the boards of Discover the Palm Beaches and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association.
