Anthony has served private and public companies as external and in-house legal counsel for over 25 years.  Anthony assisted venture capital and private equity firms along with numerous company management teams and boards of directors in transactions ranging from early round funding to initial private offerings to multi billion dollar sale transactions.   As in-house counsel for nearly 20 years, Anthony specializes in identifying and efficiently resolving all types of legal and business concerns encountered by management.  Anthony has advised companies in a multitude of industries including healthcare, insurance, real estate, staffing and communications infrastructure.

Anthony began his career at Akin Gump, a large international law firm, where he advised primarily on M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, IPOs, corporate governance and securities law compliance.  He later served as in-house counsel to RenaissanceRe Holdings, a NYSE listed public company specializing in reinsurance; Landmark Apartment Trust, a publicly registered company which was sold to Starwood Capital Group; and All Star Healthcare Solutions, guiding its founders to their exit sale to private equity and its first ever acquisition. Anthony served on the Board of Directors and Legislative Committee for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO).
